About This Role

We're hiring an Account Executive to drive enterprise sales for SkillRouter. You'll work with technical buyers to demonstrate value and close deals with mid-market and enterprise companies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations
  • Build relationships with technical decision makers
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering on technical requirements
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to technical buyers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling developer tools or APIs
  • Technical background or education
  • Experience at high-growth startups
  • Existing network in AI/ML space
