About This Role

Join our Customer Success team to help customers get the most value from SkillRouter. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Drive product adoption and usage growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience with technical SaaS products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven approach to customer health
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience with developer tools or APIs
  • Technical background
  • Experience at high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products
