About This Role
Join our Customer Success team to help customers get the most value from SkillRouter. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption and retention.
What You'll Do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Drive product adoption and usage growth
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience with technical SaaS products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to customer health
- Ability to understand technical concepts
- Problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with developer tools or APIs
- Technical background
- Experience at high-growth startups
- Familiarity with AI/ML products
