About This Role
Join our design team to shape the user experience of SkillRouter's products. You'll design intuitive interfaces for developers and create a cohesive design system.
What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces for dashboard, docs, and developer tools
- Create and maintain our design system and component library
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product and engineering on feature design
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Contribute to brand and marketing design as needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web application design
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of frontend development constraints
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing developer tools
- Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, React)
- Motion design experience
- Experience at B2B SaaS companies
