About This Role

Join us as a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the development of SkillRouter's dashboard, developer tools, and user-facing applications. You'll shape the technical direction of our frontend stack and mentor a growing team.

What You'll Do

Lead frontend architecture decisions and technical strategy
Build performant, accessible React applications with TypeScript
Design and implement component libraries and design systems
Optimize web performance and user experience
Collaborate closely with design and product teams
Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices

What We're Looking For

7+ years of frontend engineering experience
Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
Strong understanding of web performance optimization
Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time applications
Experience building developer tools or dashboards
Contributions to design systems
